We are just two regular girls who never knew we could ever cook a decent edible meal, let alone poach eggs. But, we just awesomely started to cook.
It all started with binge watching movies on a regular weekday. Two regular couch potatoes killing time with simple breakfast foods like - omelettes, bacon, toast, and beer. Two weeks later, breakfast became a cookout. "Hey, let's do poached eggs, maple candied bacon and baked apples!" said one to another.
Poached eggs?! Challenge accepted.
So, this is really a collection of our journey through our random cooking sessions, most times with beer or wine - 'cause we know everybody loves to drink (at least most people we know do). And - bacon tastes good with EVERYTHING.

Joyce's a graphic designer at heart who thought to herself, "Hey, cooking is supposed to be a creative process, right? Maybe I can try and see if I can avoid chao ta-ing things or turning it into a bitter mess.". So, she started to cook simple foods when she had her own kitchen couple of years ago, it was mostly egg and pasta. She gets her inspiration to cook from the nicey nice pictures on Pinterest which often had an invisible label: freaking-awesome-recipe-which-cannot-be-left-alone. She must cook them, or die trying.
Sweet or Savoury? Honestly, these terms were Greek to Maggie up until 2 years ago. Not exactly a foodie, unable to tell the difference between broccoli and cabbage; ginger and garlic. She’s a carnivore most times BUT she is slowly starting to appreciate the leafy greens. *winks* Cooking is a way to de-stress, and OMG... the sense of satisfaction is just FWAH - beyond description.
